بيان صادر عن الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم
يدين الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم بشدة الادعاءات الأخيرة التي أطلقتها السلطات الإسرائيلية بحق عدد من أفراد الأسرة الكروية الفلسطينية الذين استُشهدوا خلال الإبادة في غزة، والتي جاءت على شكل اتهامات أُطلقت بعد وفاتهم.
إن سلب حياة الأفراد ثم توجيه اتهامات لهم دون أي دليل، دون إجراءات قانونية، ودون منحهم أي فرصة للدفاع عن أنفسهم، يُعد سلوكاً مشيناً إلى أبعد الحدود. هذه الادعاءات لا تستند إلى أي أدلة قابلة للتحقق، ولم تُعرض على أي جهة مستقلة أو محايدة، كما لم تخضع لأي شكل من أشكال التدقيق أو المراجعة القانونية.
وهي اتهامات موجهة لأشخاص لم يعد بإمكانهم الدفاع عن أنفسهم.
إن هذا النهج القائم على استهداف الأفراد، ثم محاولة تبرير أو التغطية على تلك الأفعال من خلال ادعاءات غير موثقة، يُشكل انتهاكاً خطيراً للمبادئ الأساسية للعدالة والكرامة ونزاهة الرياضة.
إن الأثر المدمر للإبادة على الرياضة الفلسطينية لا يمكن إنكاره. حتى اليوم، استُشهد 1013 رياضياً على يد القوات الإسرائيلية، من بينهم 568 من أفراد الأسرة الكروية. كما تم تدمير 256 منشأة رياضية، منها 184 بشكل كامل و81 تعرضت لدمار جزئي. ما تعكسه هذه الأرقام ليس فقط حجم الخسائر، بل الاستهداف المنهجي للرياضة الفلسطينية.
وفي هذا السياق، قام الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم بتقديم شكوى رسمية إلى كل من الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (FIFA) والاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم (UEFA) والاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم (AFC)بشأن الاتهامات التي أُطلقت بعد الوفاة بحق 12 عضواً من الأسرة الكروية الفلسطينية، من بينهم حكم دولي مساعد معتمد من.FIFA
وقد دعا الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم إلى:
- تدخل الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (FIFA) في ضوء هذه الانتهاكات الجسيمة التي تمس مجتمع كرة القدم العالمي.
- اتخاذ الاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم (UEFA) موقفاً واضحاً ومبدئياً دفاعاً عن مبدأ قرينة البراءة.
- قيام الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم (AFC) بتوفير الحماية والدعم لكرة القدم الفلسطينية في مواجهة هذه الممارسات.
نطالب بتحقيق العدالة لجميع الرياضيين الذين استُشهدوا، ونؤكد جاهزيتنا الكاملة لتقديم الأدلة والإثباتات كما دأبنا على ذلك خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية.
كما يحتفظ الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم بكامل حقوقه القانونية لاتخاذ المزيد من الإجراءات، بما في ذلك إحالة هذه القضية إلى محكمة التحكيم الرياضي (CAS).
إن هذه القضية ليست مجرد رد، بل مبدأ أساسي. إن توجيه الاتهامات للضحايا دون دليل ودون مساءلة هو محاولة لإعادة صياغة الواقع والتنصل من المسؤولية، وهو أمر لا يمكن أن يمر دون محاسبة.
Official Statement Palestine Football Association (PFA)
The Palestine Football Association strongly denounces the recent posthumous allegations made by Israeli authorities against members of the Palestinian football community who have been killed during the genocide in Gaza.
To take the lives of individuals and then proceed to accuse them without evidence, without due process, and without the possibility of defence, is a deeply shameless act. These claims are not accompanied by any verifiable proof, have not been presented before any independent or impartial body, and have not been subjected to any form of scrutiny or cross-examination.
They are directed at individuals who can no longer speak for themselves.
This pattern of targeting individuals, then attempting to justify or obscure those actions through unsubstantiated accusations, constitutes a serious violation of fundamental principles of justice, dignity, and the integrity of sport.
The devastating impact of the genocide on Palestinian sport is undeniable. To date, 1,013 athletes have been killed by Israeli forces, including 568 members of the football community. In addition, 256 sports facilities have been destroyed, of which 184 have been completely destroyed and 81 have suffered partial damage. These figures reflect not only loss, but the systematic dismantling of Palestinian sport.
In response, the Palestine Football Association has formally submitted a complaint to FIFA, UEFA, and the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) regarding the posthumous allegations made against twelve members of the Palestinian football community, including a FIFA international assistant referee.
The PFA has called for:
- FIFA to intervene in light of these grave violations affecting the global football community.
- UEFA to take a clear and principled stance in defence of the presumption of innocence.
- The AFC to provide protection and support to Palestinian football in the face of these actions.
We call for justice for all athletes who have been killed, and we reaffirm our full readiness to provide evidence and documentation, as we have consistently done over the past three years.
The Palestine Football Association also expressly reserves all legal rights to pursue further action, including referring this matter to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
This is not merely a matter of response; it is a matter of principle. Accusing the victims, without evidence and without accountability, is an attempt to rewrite reality and evade responsibility. It will not go unchallenged.
