بيان صادر عن الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم بخصوص مباراة مزعومة ضد إسرائيل
في ظل ما يتم تداوله مؤخراً عبر بعض وسائل الإعلام حول مزاعم بإقامة مباراة بين منتخبي فلسطين وإسرائيل تحت 15 عاماً، يؤكد الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم أن هذه الادعاءات لا أساس لها من الصحة.
لم يتلقَّ الاتحاد أي إشعار أو طرح رسمي من الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (FIFA) بهذا الخصوص، كما تم التأكيد لنا بشكل واضح أنه لم يتم الإعلان أو الترتيب لأي مباراة من هذا النوع.
ويشدد الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم على موقفه الثابت الذي لا يقبل التأويل: لن نكون جزءاً من أي مبادرات أو محاولات تهدف إلى فرض واقع رياضي زائف مع جهة تمارس يومياً انتهاكات جسيمة بحق رياضيينا وتستهدف الإنسان والبنية التحتية الرياضية الفلسطينية بشكل ممنهج.
إننا نرفض بشكل قاطع أي محاولات لاستخدام الرياضة كأداة للتغطية على هذه الانتهاكات أو لتلميع صورة واقع لا يمكن قبوله أو التعايش معه. ما يجري على الأرض لا يمكن فصله عن أي نشاط رياضي، وأي حديث عن مباريات في هذا السياق هو تجاهل صارخ للحقيقة.
خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية فقط، فقدت الرياضة الفلسطينية أكثر من 1000 من أبنائها وبناتها من الرياضيين، من ضمنهم قائد المنتخب السابق سليمان العبيد وبطلة الكاراتيه نغم أبو سمرة. هذه الأرقام ليست مجرد إحصائيات، بل تعكس حجم المعاناة والاستهداف الذي يتعرض له القطاع الرياضي في فلسطين.
وعليه، فإن أولوياتنا واضحة ومعلنة: حماية لاعبينا، الدفاع عن حقوقهم، والعمل على تحقيق العدالة والمساءلة وفق أنظمة الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم ومبادئ الميثاق الأولمبي. ونواصل جهودنا القانونية والرياضية لضمان محاسبة إسرائيل على انتهاكاتها المستمرة لهذه القوانين.
سيبقى الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم متمسكاً بمسؤولياته الوطنية والرياضية، ولن ينجر وراء محاولات تشتيت الانتباه عن القضايا الجوهرية التي تمس وجود ومستقبل رياضيينا.
ندعو وسائل الإعلام إلى تحري الدقة والالتزام بالمصادر الرسمية، وتجنب الانجرار وراء معلومات مضللة أو غير موثقة.
Palestine Football Association Statement
The Palestine Football Association (PFA) has taken note of recent media reports regarding an alleged planned match between Palestine and Israel U-15 national teams.
We state clearly and unequivocally that the PFA has not received any official communication or proposal from FIFA regarding such a match. FIFA has also confirmed to us that no such match has been announced or organized, and that these reports are inaccurate.
Our position is firm and unchanged. Under the current circumstances, the PFA categorically rejects any attempt to promote or impose matches with an occupying power that systematically targets Palestinian athletes and sports infrastructure. We refuse to be part of any initiative that serves as sportswashing while Palestinian players continue to face daily violations.
Over the past three years alone, more than 1,000 Palestinian athletes have been killed including Sulaiman Al-Obaid the former national team captain and Nagham Abu Samra the karate champion. This reality cannot be ignored or separated from any discussion about football activities involving Palestine.
For the PFA, the priority is clear: justice, accountability, and the protection of Palestinian athletes in line with FIFA statutes and the principles of the Olympic Charter. We continue to call for Israel to be held accountable for its violations of international sporting regulations.
Football cannot exist in isolation from the reality on the ground. Our focus remains on defending our players, our game, and our fundamental rights.
We urge all media outlets to rely on verified and official sources and to refrain from spreading misleading information.
بيان صادر عن الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم بخصوص مباراة إيرلندا وإسرائيل
في ضوء ما تم تداوله إعلامياً من تصريحات ومواقف مرتبطة بمباراة دوري الأمم الأوروبية المرتقبة بين جمهورية إيرلندا وإسرائيل، وما تضمنته من إشارات إلى الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم، يود الاتحاد توضيح موقفه بشكل صريح:
لم يصدر عن الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم أي بيان يؤيد أو يوافق أو يدعم قرار إقامة المباراة، وأي طرح إعلامي يوحي بعكس ذلك لا يعكس موقفنا الحقيقي.
ينطلق الاتحاد في عمله من مبدأ راسخ يقوم على احترام استقلالية الاتحادات الوطنية وعدم التدخل في قراراتها، وهو مبدأ نتمسك به انطلاقاً من تجربتنا الطويلة مع القيود والانتهاكات التي تعرضت لها كرة القدم الفلسطينية داخل المنظومة الدولية. بالنسبة لنا، هذا ليس مجرد التزام إداري، بل مسألة مبدئية مرتبطة بحقوق أساسية حُرمنا منها لسنوات.
وفي السياق ذاته، يعبّر الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم عن تقديره العميق للمواقف التاريخية للشعب الإيرلندي، وللدعم المستمر الذي عبّرت عنه مختلف مكونات كرة القدم في إيرلندا من اتحاد وأندية ولاعبين وجماهير ومؤسسات مجتمع مدني ، في نصرة حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني وكرامته.
أما فيما يتعلق بموقفنا من كرة القدم الإسرائيلية، فهو موقف ثابت وواضح لا يقبل التأويل. يواصل الاتحاد الفلسطيني تحركاته عبر الفيفا والهيئات الرياضية الدولية لمحاسبة إسرائيل على انتهاكاتها المستمرة لأنظمة الفيفا، وعرقلتها الممنهجة لتطور كرة القدم الفلسطينية، إضافة إلى الآثار الكارثية للاحتلال على مختلف مكونات الرياضة في فلسطين. لقد فقدنا أكثر من ألف رياضي خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية، وتعرضت منشآتنا وبنيتنا التحتية لدمار واسع، في واحدة من أصعب الفترات التي مرت بها كرة القدم الفلسطينية.
وعليه، يرفض الاتحاد الفلسطيني أي توصيف قد يُفهم منه أنه يمنح غطاءً سياسياً أو أخلاقياً لاستمرار مشاركة إسرائيل في المنافسات الدولية في ظل هذه الانتهاكات. كما نؤكد أننا لن نكون جزءاً من أي محاولة لتطبيع هذا الواقع أو استخدام الرياضة كأداة لتلميع هذه الجرائم.
لقد كان نضالنا دائماً من أجل تطبيق عادل ومتساوٍ لأنظمة كرة القدم الدولية، دون استثناء أو ازدواجية. وسنواصل العمل عبر القنوات القانونية والرياضية للدفاع عن حقوق لاعبينا، وحماية كرة القدم الفلسطينية، والسعي نحو المساءلة وفق أنظمة الفيفا ومبادئ الميثاق الأولمبي والقيم التي يفترض أن تمثلها الرياضة.
سيبقى الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم ملتزماً بهذا المسار، وبالدفاع عن العدالة والكرامة والمساواة في الساحة الرياضية الدولية.
Palestine Football Association Statement
The Palestine Football Association (PFA) wishes to clarify recent media reports and public commentary concerning the forthcoming UEFA Nations League fixture between the Republic of Ireland and Israel, following references made to the PFA in statements and subsequent coverage of the matter.
First and foremost, the PFA has not issued any statement endorsing, approving, or supporting the decision to proceed with the match. Any interpretation suggesting that the PFA has given its blessing to the fixture does not accurately reflect our position.
The PFA maintains a long-standing principle of respecting the autonomy of fellow national associations and refraining from interference in their internal affairs or decision-making processes. This principle is particularly important to us as an association that has suffered for decades from interference, restrictions, and violations of its rights within the international football system. Respect for the independence of national associations is not merely a procedural matter for the PFA; it is a principle rooted in our own lived experience.
Accordingly, while the PFA respects the right of every association to determine how it navigates its own sporting, legal, and regulatory obligations, such respect should not be misconstrued as endorsement of any particular decision.
The PFA also wishes to reiterate its deep appreciation for the historic solidarity shown by the Irish people and for the principled positions repeatedly expressed by the Football Association of Ireland, Irish clubs, supporters, players, trade unions, civil society organizations, and public representatives in support of Palestinian rights and human dignity.
At the same time, our position regarding Israeli football remains unchanged and unequivocal. The PFA continues to pursue accountability through FIFA and other international sporting bodies for Israel’s persistent violations of FIFA statutes, the systematic obstruction of Palestinian football, and the devastating impact of Israel’s war on all aspects of Palestinian life, including athletes, clubs, facilities, and sporting life. More than one thousand Palestinian athletes have been killed, and large parts of Palestine’s sporting infrastructure have been destroyed. Palestinian football is enduring one of the darkest periods in its history.
For this reason, the PFA rejects any characterization that could be interpreted as providing political or moral cover for Israel’s continued participation in international football while these grave violations persist. The PFA would not, and will not, be party to any effort that normalizes these realities or contributes to the sportswashing of crimes committed against the Palestinian people.
Our struggle has always been directed toward ensuring that international football applies its own rules consistently and without exception. We will therefore continue to work through legitimate sporting and legal mechanisms to defend the rights of Palestinian athletes, protect Palestinian football, and seek accountability in accordance with FIFA regulations, the principles of the Olympic Charter, and the values that sport strives to uphold.
The PFA remains committed to these efforts and to the pursuit of justice, dignity, and equal treatment within the international world of sport.
