بيان بخصوص اعتقال اللاعبتين رند حلواني ونتالي أبو دية
أصدر الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم البيان التالي:
يدين الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم بأشد وأوضح العبارات قيام سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي باعتقال لاعبتَي المنتخب الوطني النسوي رند الحلواني (20 عاماً) ونتالي أبو دية (21 عاماً)، في انتهاك صارخ لكل القيم التي تقوم عليها الرياضة، والقوانين والمواثيق الدولية.
إن ما جرى ليس حادثة عابرة، بل هو امتداد لسياسة ممنهجة تستهدف الرياضيين الفلسطينيين بشكل مباشر، في محاولة لإقصائهم وتقييد حضورهم وحرمانهم من أبسط حقوقهم كرياضيين وبشر. ما يتعرض له لاعبونا ولاعباتنا هو انتهاك موثق ومتكرر للقانون الدولي، ولوائح الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (FIFA)، ومبادئ الميثاق الأولمبي، التي تكفل حرية الحركة، وعدم التمييز، وحماية الرياضيين في جميع أنحاء العالم.
إن استمرار هذه الانتهاكات دون محاسبة لم يعد مقبولاً، كما أن الصمت الدولي لم يعد يُفسَّر إلا كغطاء فعلي يتيح للاحتلال الاستمرار في ممارساته غير القانونية. لقد واظب الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم على طرح هذه الملفات أمام الجهات الدولية المختصة، إلا أن الواقع يؤكد أنه لم يتم اتخاذ أي خطوات جدية أو رادعة بحق إسرائيل على الصعيد الكروي حتى هذه اللحظة، في دليل واضح على ازدواجية المعايير في تطبيق القوانين.
وعليه، يطالب الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (FIFA) وكافة الهيئات الرياضية الدولية بالخروج من دائرة البيانات الشكلية، واتخاذ إجراءات ملموسة وفورية على الساحة الكروية لمحاسبة هذه الانتهاكات، بما ينسجم مع اللوائح التي يفترض أنها تُطبق على الجميع دون استثناء.
إن استهداف الرياضيين الفلسطينيين يجب أن يتوقف فوراً.
وسياسة الإفلات من العقاب يجب أن تنتهي.
وازدواجية المعايير لم تعد مقبولة تحت أي ظرف.
الحرية لرند الحلواني نتالي أبو دية.
والعدالة لكرة القدم الفلسطينية.

Palestine Football Association (PFA)
The Palestine Football Association condemns in the strongest possible terms the unjust arrest of Palestinian national women’s team players Rand Al Halawani (20) and Natalie Abu Dayyeh (21) by Israeli authorities today.
Rand and Natalie are young international players who have proudly represented Palestine at both youth and senior levels. Their arrest is not an isolated incident, it is part of a well-documented pattern of systematic targeting of Palestinian athletes, which continues without accountability.
What Palestinian footballers are subjected to are not “concerns”, they are clear violations and breaches of international law, FIFA statutes, and the fundamental principles of the Olympic Charter. Palestinian athletes are routinely denied freedom of movement, safety, and the basic right to participate in sport under equal conditions, rights that FIFA explicitly guarantees to all players worldwide without discrimination.
The continued silence and inaction of the international football community does not merely reflect a double standard, it enables these illegal practices to continue with impunity. For years, the Palestine Football Association has raised these violations through official channels, yet to this day, no serious or proportionate action has been taken against Israel within the global football system. This failure has only reinforced the perception and reality of selective enforcement of the rules.
If FIFA is to uphold its own statutes, which commit to human rights, non-discrimination, and the protection of the game’s integrity, then decisive measures must be taken. Accountability cannot remain optional, nor can it be applied selectively.
The PFA calls on FIFA, continental confederations, and the wider international sporting community to move beyond statements and take concrete disciplinary action within the footballing framework to address these ongoing violations.
The targeting of Palestinian athletes must end. The impunity must end. The double standards must end.
