بيان صادر عن الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم
أصدر الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم البيان التالي:
يستنكر الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم قرار سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي منع إدخال شحنة العشب الاصطناعي المخصصة للملاعب الفلسطينية، والمقدمة كمنحة رسمية من حكومة جمهورية الصين الشعبية إلى المجلس الأعلى للشباب والرياضة في دولة فلسطين، ويعتبره انتهاكاً مباشراً يطال قطاع الرياضة الفلسطينية.
إن هذا القرار، رغم استكمال جميع الإجراءات الرسمية والفنية، يشكل حلقة جديدة في سلسلة الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية الممنهجة بحق الرياضة الفلسطينية، والتي قام الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم والمؤسسات الرياضية الفلسطينية بتوثيقها وتقديمها إلى الجهات الدولية المختصة، ويهدف إلى عرقلة تطوير البنية التحتية الرياضية وحرمان اللاعبين، وخاصة الأطفال والشباب، من حقهم في ممارسة كرة القدم في بيئة آمنة.
ويؤكد الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم أن هذا المنع يتعارض بشكل واضح مع أنظمة الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (FIFA) ومبادئ الميثاق الأولمبي التي تضمن عدم التمييز والمساواة في الوصول إلى الرياضة، ويحمّل سلطات الاحتلال المسؤولية الكاملة عن تداعيات هذا القرار.
كما يتقدم الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم بالشكر والتقدير إلى حكومة جمهورية الصين الشعبية على دعمها المتواصل للرياضة الفلسطينية، وعلى هذه المنحة التي تمثل دعماً أساسياً لتطوير البنية التحتية لكرة القدم في فلسطين.
ويدعو الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم الاتحادات الرياضية الدولية، وفي مقدمتها الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم والاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم واللجنة الأولمبية الدولية، إلى اتخاذ خطوات عملية لوقف هذه الانتهاكات وضمان إدخال هذه الشحنة.

Condemnation of the Prevention of Entry of Chinese-Donated Artificial Turf
The Palestinian Football Association firmly condemns and rejects the decision by the Israeli authorities to prevent the entry of artificial turf designated for Palestinian football fields, donated by the Government of the People’s Republic of China to the Higher Council for Youth and Sports of the State of Palestine, considering it a direct violation against Palestinian sport.
This decision, taken despite the completion of all official and technical procedures, represents another episode in a systematic pattern of Israeli violations against Palestinian sport, which the PFA and Palestinian sports institutions have consistently documented and submitted to international bodies. It aims to obstruct the development of sports infrastructure and deny players, particularly youth and children, their right to practice football in safe conditions.
The PFA stresses that this measure clearly contradicts FIFA regulations and the Olympic Charter, which guarantee non-discrimination and equal access to sport, and holds the Israeli authorities fully responsible for the consequences of this decision.
The Palestinian Football Association extends its sincere appreciation to the Government of the People’s Republic of China for its continued support of Palestinian sport and for this donation, which constitutes an essential contribution to the development of football infrastructure in Palestine.
The Palestinian Football Association calls on FIFA, the Asian Football Confederation, and the International Olympic Committee to take concrete action to halt these violations and ensure the entry of the shipment.
