بيان صادر عن الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم

أصدر الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم، اليوم الأحد، البيان التالي:
يدين الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم بأشد العبارات الاعتداء الأخير الذي شنّته قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على مقر الاتحاد في بلدة الرام بالقدس، والواقع بجانب الملعب البيتي لمنتخباتنا الوطنية، ملعب الشهيد فيصل الحسيني. حيث أقدمت قوات الاحتلال، صباح اليوم الأحد، على اقتحام المنطقة وإطلاق قنابل الغاز والصوت بشكل مباشر نحو مبنى الاتحاد، في اعتداء متعمد عرّض حياة موظفينا للخطر، وأثار حالة من الهلع والخوف بينهم، وأدى إلى توقف كامل في سير العمل وتعطيل مهامهم اليومية، مما شكّل انتهاكاً صارخاً لحقهم في الأمن والسلامة.
يأتي هذا الاعتداء في خضم الإبادة الجماعية المستمرة التي ترتكبها إسرائيل ضد الشعب الفلسطيني، والتي أودت بحياة المئات من الرياضيين والعاملين في القطاع الرياضي، ودمّرت المنشآت والمرافق الرياضية، وأضعفت الأسس التي تقوم عليها الرياضة الفلسطينية.
كما تعرّض ملعب فيصل الحسيني مراراً لانتهاكات واعتداءات إسرائيلية متكررة، في وقت يُحرم فيه الاتحاد الفلسطيني باستمرار من حقه في استضافة المباريات الرسمية على أرضه، وهو حق طبيعي ومكفول لكل اتحاد وطني في العالم.
إن هذه الاعتداءات ليست أحداثاً معزولة، بل تشكّل جزءاً من سياسة ممنهجة تستهدف الرياضة الفلسطينية بجميع مكوناتها، في انتهاك واضح وصريح للمبادئ التي نصت عليها أنظمة ولوائح الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا) والاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم (يويفا) والميثاق الأولمبي، والتي تقوم جميعها على احترام الكرامة الإنسانية والمساواة والسلام.
وبالرغم من هذه الانتهاكات المستمرة، تواصل إسرائيل التمتع بكامل الامتيازات وتشارك في المنافسات الرياضية الدولية، في مخالفة فاضحة لكل القيم والمبادئ التي تحكم منظومة كرة القدم العالمية، وهو ما يشكل ازدواجية خطيرة تهدد مصداقية وأخلاقية الرياضة العالمية.
يدعو الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم كلًّا من فيفا ويويفا وجميع المؤسسات الرياضية الدولية إلى تحمّل مسؤولياتها الأخلاقية والقانونية، واتخاذ موقف حازم يتمثل في فرض عقوبات فورية على الاتحاد الإسرائيلي لكرة القدم إلى أن تتوقف هذه الجرائم والانتهاكات المستمرة بحق الرياضة والرياضيين الفلسطينيين. كما يناشد الاتحاد جميع الاتحادات والأندية واللاعبين حول العالم إلى التضامن مع فلسطين، والتمسك بقيم العدالة وحقوق الإنسان، والمطالبة بمحاسبة الجناة على هذه الجرائم المتواصلة.
إن كرة القدم لا يمكن أن تُفصل عن الإنسانية، ولا يمكن أن تتماشى مع الاحتلال والفصل العنصري والإبادة الجماعية.

The Palestine Football Association (PFA) firmly condemns the latest attack by the Israeli Occupation Forces on our headquarters in Al-Ram, Jerusalem located beside our national team’s home stadium, Faisal Al-Husseini. Earlier today, occupation forces once again stormed the area, fired gas and sound grenades directly at the PFA premises. This deliberate assault endangered our staff, caused panic among employees, and forced a complete halt to our daily operations, severely compromising both their safety and ability to work.
This attack comes amid Israel’s ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people, which has also claimed the lives of hundreds of athletes and sports personnel, destroyed facilities, and crippled the foundations of Palestinian sport. Faisal Al-Husseini Stadium itself has repeatedly suffered from Israeli violations and restrictions. The PFA has been consistently denied the right to host home matches there, depriving our teams and fans of the basic right to play and compete on home soil.
These actions are not isolated incidents but part of a systematic policy of targeting Palestinian sport, in direct contravention of the principles enshrined in the FIFA Statutes, the UEFA regulations, and the Olympic Charter, all of which are founded on respect for human dignity, equality, and peace.
Yet, despite this ongoing pattern of violations, Israel continues to enjoy full privileges and participation in international football, while persistently violating every principle that governs the global football community. This grave double standard threatens the credibility and moral foundation of world sport.
The Palestine Football Association calls upon FIFA, UEFA, and all international sporting institutions to act with integrity and impose immediate sanctions on the Israeli Football Association until these continuous crimes against Palestinian sport and athletes cease. We further urge all member associations, clubs, and players around the world to stand in solidarity with Palestine, to uphold the values of justice and human rights, and to demand accountability for these ongoing violations.
Football cannot be detached from humanity. It cannot coexist with occupation, apartheid, and genocide.
