الاتحاد الفلسطيني يصدر بيانا بخصوص أحداث العنف في أمستردام

أصدر الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم البيان التالي:

يعرب الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم (PFA) عن بالغ قلقه إزاء سلسلة الأحداث العنيفة التي شهدتها أمستردام، والتي بدأت بالتحريض على العنف والعنصرية المعادية للفلسطينيين والإسلاموفوبيا التي أظهرها مشجعو فريق مكابي تل أبيب، حيث اعتدوا على منازل ومتاجر رفعت علم فلسطين تضامناً مع ضحايا الإبادة الجماعية المستمرة.

كان الاتحاد الفلسطيني قدّم للفيفا أدلة موسعة على هذه العنصرية الممنهجة، ومع ذلك لا تزال الإجراءات الملموسة غائبة. وكما أشرنا في مقترحنا الأخير أمام مؤتمر الفيفا، فإن الاتحاد الدولي لا يستطيع حالياً ضمان سلامة وأمن المشجعين في المباريات التي تتضمن فرقاً إسرائيلية. ويعكس الحادث الأخير في اليونان، حيث تعرض رجل عربي للضرب حتى فقد الوعي على يد مجموعة من المشجعين الإسرائيليين، الحاجة الملحّة للتدخل.

إن غياب المساءلة عن العنف الممنهج والتطبيع المتواصل للعنصرية، قد أدى إلى المزيد من الحوادث المؤسفة، مثلما حدث في أمستردام. فلا مكان للعنف والكراهية بجميع أشكالها في الرياضة.

كما نشعر بقلق عميق من المحاولات لاستغلال مثل هذه الأحداث لإسكات الأصوات المؤيدة لفلسطين وحظر عرض الرموز الفلسطينية. إن هذه التصرفات تمييزية وغير مقبولة.

يدعو الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم كلاً من الاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم والفيفا إلى معالجة تطبيع الخطاب الإبادي والعنصري والمعادي للإسلام بين مشجعي كرة القدم الإسرائيليين، وإلى تنفيذ تدابير ملموسة لمواجهة هذا العداء.

The Palestine Football Association (PFA) is gravely concerned by the sequence of violent events in Amsterdam, starting with the deplorable incitement to violence, anti-Palestinian racism, and Islamophobia expressed by Maccabi Tel Aviv fans, who also attacked homes and shops displaying the Palestinian flag in solidarity with the victims of the ongoing genocide.

The PFA had presented FIFA with extensive evidence of such hateful expressions, yet concrete action remains lacking. As emphasized in our recent proposal to the FIFA Congress, FIFA cannot currently ensure the safety and security of fans around matches involving Israeli teams. A recent incident in Greece—where an Arab man was beaten unconscious by a group of Israeli supporters—illustrates the urgent need for intervention. The absence of accountability for such entrenched violence and normalized racism has only led to further unfortunate incidents, such as those in Amsterdam. Violence and hate in all their manifestations have no place in sports. 

We are also deeply concerned by efforts to exploit such events to mute pro-Palestine voices and ban the display of Palestinian symbols. Such actions are discriminatory and unacceptable.

The PFA calls on UEFA and FIFA to address the normalization of genocidal, racist, and Islamophobic rhetoric among Israeli football supporters and to implement concrete measures to combat this hostility.
