الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم يعرب عن شكره للفيفا لعقد اجتماع لمناقشة التقييم القانوني الخاص بطلبه حول الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية
يرحب الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم بقرار مجلس الفيفا بإحالة التقييم القانوني الخاص إلى الهيئات القضائية المختصة، ويرى الاتحاد في ذلك خطوة إيجابية في الاتجاه الصحيح، لاتخاذ إجراءات قانونية ملائمة، لمعالجة الانتهاكات الجسيمة لأهداف الفيفا القانونية، وحقوق الإنسان، وحقوق الاتحادات الأعضاء.
ويؤكد الاتحاد الفلسطيني ثقته بشرعية مطالبه واعتماده على العملية القضائية لتقديم حل عادل ضمن إطار زمني محدد. كما يؤكد التزامه الثابت بالحفاظ على قوانين الفيفا وواجباتنا وحقوق جميع الاتحادات الأعضاء.
وسيواصل الاتحاد الفلسطيني تعاونه مع الفيفا، وسيقدم الأدلة والوثائق المستندة إلى الحقائق والقانون فيما يتعلق بالانتهاكات التي ارتكبها الاتحاد الإسرائيلي لكرة القدم وفقاً لقوانين الفيفا، وحقوق الإنسان، والقانون السويسري.
ويؤكد الاتحاد الفلسطيني التزامه بتطوير كرة القدم في فلسطين وضمان معاملة جميع الرياضيين بكرامة واحترام.
ويتطلع إلى نتيجة عادلة تتماشى مع قيم الفيفا وتجلب الأمل المتجدد للرياضيين الفلسطينيين ولمجتمعنا الرياضي.
The Palestine Football Association (PFA) expresses its gratitude to the FIFA Council and President for convening a meeting to discuss the legal assessment of our proposal, presented during the FIFA 74th Congress in May in Bangkok.
We welcome the FIFA Council's decision to refer this case to the competent judicial bodies, viewing it as a positive step into the right direction, based on procedural and appropriate measures, towards addressing grave violations of FIFA’s statutory objectives, human rights, and the rights of its member associations.
We are confident in the legitimacy of our demands and trust in the judicial process to deliver a just resolution within a designated time frame. Our commitment to upholding FIFA’s statutes, our obligations and the rights of all fellow member associations remains unwavering.
The PFA will continue to collaborate with FIFA, providing evidence and documentation based on fact and law regarding violations by the Israeli Football Association (IFA) under FIFA statutes, human rights and Swiss law. We are dedicated to the development of football in Palestine and ensuring that all athletes are treated with dignity and respect. We look forward to a just outcome that aligns with FIFA’s values and brings renewed hope to Palestinian athletes and our sports community.
